I loved the clean rooms. Housekeeping kept them fabulous. the food was good. the pool and the view were great.
i requested a car from the port to the hotel, and it was not provided. i coordinated it in advance with the hotel management and communicated with them before departure, during the trip, and upon arrival. this delayed me a lot at the port and forced me to book a taxi after contacting the hotel management. the room i stayed in did not have wifi service, and the room's landline phone did not work.

the breakfast buffet was great. i liked the range of meals on offer in the restaurant (especially the seafood options).
the bathroom had no net on its fan, i found this allowed insects to easily enter the room. the ac in my room was leaking and facing the door of the terrace, it made it fog up.

i appreciated the friendly staff ready to assist with any request. the breakfast had varied options and tasted very good. the hotel kept its condition well. the rooms were spacious and had efficient air conditioning.
I noticed the absence of a full-length mirror in the room. There was only a small one above the bathroom sink. the bathroom taps showed signs of rust. i hope it is taken care of soon.

the staff were helpful. they were always going the extra mile to ensure a pleasant experience. my room was spacious and super clean. the bed was very comfortable.
The room had no mirror apart from a small bathroom mirror over the sink. You can't see yourself fully. the bathroom taps showed rust. the doors used a key system which i had to leave at reception upon going out.
